8. This instrument was made by order of The Council of the London Borough of Ealing on 13th June 2024

9. A copy of the instrument must be supplied to every member of the governing body (and the Headteacher if not a governor).

 *The total number of co-opted governors who are eligible to be elected or appointed as staff governors must not, when counted with the one staff governor and the headteacher, exceed one-third of the total membership of the governing body.
