I hope this provides a flavour for what Coston Primary School can offer you and your child and we look forward to showing you around the school in the near future.

I am passionate about my job and totally committed to making a difference to the lives of the children of Coston. I believe that every child is entitled to receive the very best educational opportunities to afford them the best start in life. The school experience will provide your children with the opportunities to be successful in life, equip them with a true love of learning and enable them to develop their capacity to become lifelong learners. My ultimate aim is for children to become independent, confident, high achieving and responsible adults. I am a strong believer in inclusive education and promote a strong inclusive ethos across all areas of the school community. It was part of my vision for Coston when I applied for the post of Head Teacher to re-open the ARP and I was delighted when this came to fruition in September 2018.

I am committed to working in partnership with the whole school community. I strongly believe in working closely with parents and that it is important to actively involve you all in the education of your children. Home and school must promote the same high expectations and values with regard to learning, behaviour, well-being and attendance.
